These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

 

Use of website

1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

 

Website Uptime

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

 

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

 

Visitor Provided Material

1.6 Any material that a visitor to this website sends or posts to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our

Payment Methods

1.16 We use Stripe as the processing system for our secure online payments.

 

1.17 Stripe have the highest level of bank-approved security Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1. Stripe adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your payment details remain secure throughout the transaction process. We do not see or store your credit card details.

 

1.18 If you choose to pay by credit or debit card you will be directed to the Stripe secure payment site where you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details.

 

Workshops

1.19 Cancellations must be made seven days before the workshop date. If you do wish to cancel a credit note will be issued. This can be used against goods or another workshop. This credit note will not have a time limit. However, if you do not give us the required seven days’ notice, we will not be able to offer a credit note as we would have confirmed the tutor and committed to their payment terms. Should the Little Shop of Fabrics cancel the workshop, a cash or card payment refund will be given (depending on how you paid for the workshop). We will try our upmost to make sure you are also given seven days’ notice if we must cancel any of our workshops.

Craft Sessions

1.20  All craft sessions will be paid in full to confirm your space on the session at the time of booking on the website.  Refunds will be given in full for cancellations by the Little Shop of Fabrics.   We do require three days notice from the date of the craft sessions date if you are going to cancel, you can rebook for another date or have a full refund before this time.  All cancellations within three days of the craft session date will still be charged in full.

Workshop Room Hire

1.21  Bookings for hiring out the workshop room for your own craft groups or sessions must be booked via the shop or emailing littleshopoffabrics@gmail.com.  All bookings will be confirmed in writing via email.  Payment for the hiring of the room will be taken on the day of hiring on arrival at the workshop room.  Refunds will be given in full for cancellations by the Little Shop of Fabrics.   We do require three days notice from the date of the hire date if you are going to cancel, you can rebook for another date or have a full refund before this time.  All cancellations within three days of the hire date will still be charged in full.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
