Isometric Triangles are also known as equilateral triangles, because all three edges have the same length and all internal angles are the same (60˚). Isometric Triangles are very versatile shapes to work with and can be used on their own (stacked in rows or arranged into larger Hexagons), or in combination with other geometric shapes to create interesting star patterns.
 
Please be aware that we measure the size of the Isometric Triangle by the length of the edge (as indicated in the diagram). This makes it easy to find the correct size for coordinating pattern shapes. For example: 1 inch Triangles will fit 1 inch Hexagons or 1 inch 60˚ Diamonds.
