COVID-19
We have put into place at the shop our social distancing plan. 
 
You will only be able to visit the shop by appointment only which can be booked via the website. 
You will need to sanitise your hands on entering the shop and we will have sanitise bottles located around the shop.  We will also ask you to use gloves if you wish to pick up any products within the shop.  We will have bins available to disregard the gloves on leaving the shop. 
We are only allowing three customers in the shop at one time so that we can keep to the social distancing rules of two metres.  Only one adult allowed per appointment slot (if you wish to bring your partner or friend they will require their own appointment slot).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Items are shipped Mondays to Fridays. Orders will take between 3-10 working days.

EASY RETURNS

Return the item within 28 days with no damage and with the receipt and you'll receive a full refund.

 

UNABLE TO MAKE A COURSE

If you are unable to attend a course you have booked please let us know as soon as possible. If you let us know 48 hours before the course starts we can arrange a full refund. If you are unable to let us know 48 hours we will be unable to refund due to payment to tutors being paid in advance.
