Postage & Packaging
All Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (inclusive of VAT). Just browse the website and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
When we have received your order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packaging charges apply to all items purchased using the electronic shopping basket.
Postage and packaging will be charged depending on the amount that is purchased and all items purchased will be in pound sterling. Free postage and packaging will only apply to orders over £100.00 pound sterling.
You should receive your order in approximately 2 to 4 working days from when you order. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note that if you place an order after 9am on a Friday your order will be downloaded on the following Monday and in that case Monday will be the first processing day.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, but please allow 15 working days for delivery before contacting us. This is the timescale quoted by Royal Mail before they will allow a claim for non-delivery.
